Do your grandchildren like chicken nuggets? When my children were young they loved them - as my grandchildren do now -- but the 'fast food' version is *so* unhealthy! I've been making my own chicken nuggets the healthy/stealthy way for years - and posted my recipe for Grandma's Healthy Chicken Nuggets on GrandparentingNow.com. If you have any healthy / kid friendly recipes to share - please do!!
